One of our more popular floorplans is the 2 bed, 2 bath, with an atrium. The atrium has a sliding glass door on both the inside wall, separating it from the hallway, and the outer wall going to a small outside patio area.
As with all our duplexes, it has a one car garage, with opener, and a small front yard. The kitchen has ample cabinet space and a pantry. Appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, and stove/oven. Many also have a garbage disposal and/or a venthood. There is a sitting bar separating the kitchen from the living room.
The bedrooms feature over-sized closets, including a walk-in closet in the master. The hallway has both a linen closet and a coat closet to ensure you are never short of storage space. There are full-size washer & dryer hook-ups in the garage.
