Our standard floorplan is the 2 bed, 2 bath, with a study/flex-room. The flex-room is great for whatever you can imagine - an office, a gaming room, a nursery or playroom for kids, or even an extra living area with a fold-out couch for guests.

As with all our duplexes, it has a one car garage, with opener, and a small front yard. The kitchen has ample cabinet space and a pantry.
