You already have access to 24/7 rent payment and maintenance requests, so your effects should be minimal in that regards. At the Cottages at UCO, providing quality service and resident convenience is everything. We strive to ensure every resident's housing and community needs are taken care of. As part of our commitment, each resident has access to their Appfolio Tenant Portal 24-hours a day to pay rent, submit maintenance requests, update personal info, and sign lease renewal documents.
